Managing Partner of Toronto Street Capital Inc. Mr. Pecoskie has over 30 years of private and public company development and management experience. As a seasoned entrepreneur and business operator, Mr. Pecoskie has built net asset value appreciation into numerous companies from the conceptual stage through to successful private/public enterprises.

Mr. Pecoskie has acted as Founder, President and CEO of Publicly Traded Exploration, Technology and Private Engineering Manufacturing Companies and brings a broad range of international experience to Toronto Street Capital Inc.

Before co-founding Toronto Street Capital, Raymond was President of Global-Tek Business Development Inc. where he successfully structured businesses across broad industry sectors and raised in excess of $100Million in development capital.

Prior to entering the capital markets, Mr. Pecoskie was Founder & CEO of Securamax International Inc., specializing in designing, developing and manufacturing severe service process control technology installed in numerous operating companies worldwide; including oil & gas, petrochemical, nutraceutical and gold/polymetallic production companies.

Mr. Pecoskie served as a director and technical advisor to High Desert Resources of Nevada assisting with the discovery process of the 3,177,561 ounce gold deposit at Carlin Trend West Leeville and joint venture negotiations with Newmont.

Mr. Pecoskie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Waterloo and has been a member in good standing of the Professional Engineers of Ontario for 32 years.
